Pottsville 7th Graders Selected for Duke University Program

PJHS 7th graders were invited to participate in the Duke University Talent Identification Program (Duke TIP).  To qualify, the students must have scored at or above the 95th percentile on a nationally standardized achievement test.  Duke TIP participants have the opportunity to take either the ACT or SAT college entrance exams to gain valuable testing experience.  After testing in January or February, the students will receive their results and a packet of information showing how their scores compare to other high ability 7th graders taking the above-level exam.  Congratulations to these students for this great accomplishment!
